Lake Park Friends
Volunteers Needed

In 2014, Lake Park Friends is proud to present the 17th season of         Musical Mondays. Presenter Thallis Drake has arranged another wonderful roster of musicians to make Monday a day to look forward to in the summer.

Wonderful Wednesdays is a series of five concerts geared for children and their families. These presentations will be held every Wednesday in July. Gillian Gosman is the volunteer organizer of the Wednesday concerts. For current updates, check out the WW concert Facebook page: LPF Wonderful Wednesdays.

Each presenter is listed below with a photo, a brief description and a link to the website (click on the name to go to the website).

Concerts will go on, rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will move indoors to the Marcia Coles Community Room, which is in the lower level of the Lake Park Pavilion, beneath the Lake Park Bistro Restaurant (3133 E. Newberry Blvd.).

Musical Mondays concerts are from 6:30-8 p.m. The Wonderful Wednesdays concerts are just one hour in length, from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

These concerts are FREE and open to the public. These enjoyable concerts are presented in cooperation with Milwaukee County Parks, with a generous donation from the Coles Family Foundation.

All concerts take place at the new Lake Park Summer Stage, just south of the playground and tennis courts.
